2.3. Audio and Video Recordings:

• Educational Use: We frequently record lessons (audio or video) for the purpose of student feedback and technical analysis. These recordings form part of your student record.

• Promotional Use: We will never use recordings of you for marketing, social media, or public promotion without your express, written permission (or that of a parent/guardian)

2.4. Minors: If a student is under the age of 18, we collect personal information about the student and their parent/guardian. We require parental consent to process the personal information of minors.

• Enrol in a lesson, course, or workshop via our website or in person;

• Fill out a "New Student" intake form or vocal health questionnaire;

• Interact with us via email, phone, or social media;

• Participate in a lesson (where notes and recordings are taken).

4.1. We collect and use your personal information for the following purposes:

• To provide vocal coaching services and schedule appointments;

• To tailor vocal exercises to your specific vocal health needs;

• To communicate with you regarding lesson changes, academy updates, or newsletters (you may opt-out of marketing communications at any time);
